The Boys and Girls Club is a great place for adults and teens to give service to their community. We need responsible individuals to help staff special events, assist in the office, and teach a class, coach a team and more. The Sir Thomas J. Lipton Award is given to young adults who demonstrate courage, perseverance, challenge, fraternity and integrity through their participation in athletics and their daily life. Their coaches nominate the candidates.
"Best of Both Worlds" is the Club's scholar-athlete program honoring outstanding young athletes who excel in the classroom. All Clubs in King county select their honorees and attend a county wide banquet keynoted by a major sports celebrity. Date: Late Spring
